Tim is a Kinesiologist with over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry. He has worked with a wide range of people, from children with disabilities to professional athletes and for the last 8 years has worked at a private health clinic in Toronto.

He has a passion for learning how the human body works, how dysfunctions develop, and the application of how to restore function. As a life long learner, Tim has completed over 40 courses, workshops and seminars, including integrative cardiology, neurology and manual therapy. He also presented research on fertility biomarkers at U of T and the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society’s annual conference.

In his spare time Tim enjoys olympic weightlifting, reading and spending time with his wife, son and dog.
